Welcome to Breath Hints.
Thank you for sharing this moment with us and to receive our gift of songs and prayers.
Breath Hints is the blog I created to share inspired thought, prayers, and assistance with you on your journey. I pray that each entry I make is filled with love, inspiration and peace and that you are touched by the words and the energy it flows from.
Gabriel Russo and I have prepared a gift of a song that Gabriel received through Creator and composed. After Gabriel's song, I would love to share my prayer with you that I intend will assist you to connect to your breath, to promote your healing, and to connect us all to our highest self...to Source.
My prayer is that you receive this gift from us in the spirit, graciousness and divine intention it holds.
Aho.

The breath separates us from life or death.
We pretty much take for granted that we breathe as most of us don’t even think about our breathing. What I have discovered is that the more aware we are of our breath, the more connected we are to the present, and the more conscious we can be.
I named my blog Breath Hints to remind all who visit about our sacred breath. In most practices including meditation, yoga, sports, healing, etc., the breath is a critical part of connection to our inner selves, and to our healing journey.
I will be updating this blog on a regular basis to share experiences, thoughts, advice and other messages for living inspired through the consciousness of our breath.
Do me a favor…take a deep inhalation and exhale deeply.
Do this three or four times, taking your time…how does that feel? Do you feel more connected to your body? Do you feel more connected to the present moment?
In this new year, will you commit to the consciousness of your breath?
Many blessings to you and your loved ones.
I choose living inspired (through my breath).
